Job Description
- Accomplishes warehouse human resource objectives by selecting, orienting, training, scheduling, and coaching employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising job contributions; adhering to policies and procedures.
- Meets warehouse operational standards by contributing warehouse information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying warehouse system improvements.
- Meets warehouse financial standards; reducing costs and increasing savings.
- Moves inventory by scheduling goods to be moved to and from retail outlets; coordinating inventory transfers with related departments.
- Delivers supplies and equipment to departments by receiving and transferring items.
- Maintains storage area by organizing floor space; adhering to storage design principles; recommending improvements.
- Accomplishes warehouse and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any Business course preferably Logistics or Supply Chain Management
- Must be computer literate
- Knowledge in SAP is an advantage
- With at least 2 years experience in handling finished goods warehouse and inventory
- Can work under pressure
- Can work for extended hours
- Has right attitude towards work, proactive, innovative, dependable and result-oriented
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Willing to work in Paranaque City
