Does

• Organizes existing operational data from production and generates regular reports.
• Standardizes data formats and establishes/maintains data pipelines within operations teams.
• Coordinates with Product team for data requirements and facilitates generation by Operations team.
• Monitors production and performs analytics to determine bottlenecks and pain-points.
• Proposes solutions to improve production efficiency.

• Proficient in the use of spreadsheet-based programs.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Affinity for data organization and manipulation.
• Capacity for learning and understanding systems and processes.

Delivers

• Generation of regular operational reports
• Steady improvement in the efficiency of the operational team.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related course
• Experience in at least 1 of the following:
  • • Database programming
    • Bookkeeping or Accounting reconciliation
    • MIS Reporting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
• Knowledge of Google-based Apps (i.e., email, drive, docs, etc.)
