Job Description
- Daily reconciliation of assigned wallet
- Submission of updated remarks of Cx concern in Consolidated Sheet
- Provide and execute the Refund report
- Handling CX/Internal concern via emails
Minimum Qualifications
- Fast Learner
- Keen in details
- Good in Analytical Skill
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel)
- Customer First (Intermediate)
- Ability to analyze reports related to Recon
- Ability to initiate action when system problem occurs
- Team player, innovative and open for process improvements
