Job Description
Summary of Qualifications
Builds credit models leveraging their extensive domain knowledge in
finance/technology
Responsibilities
- Analyzes loan portfolio data and builds credit risk models
- Perform studies to explore different data points that may be risk ranking.
- Supports product team by delivering insights through statistical analysis and reporting
- Recommends credit policies based on data-driven portfolio analysis.
- Monitoring and reporting to the relevant stakeholder on the performance of the credit risk models.
- Communicating the technical aspects of the model clearly and concisely to the relevant stakeholders.
- Provide recommendations to business leadership on policies to implement to minimize default rates while remaining inclusive.
Minimum Qualifications
- Fresh grads welcome to apply
- Proficiency in a programming language used for statistical analysis like R, Python, or SQL
- With at least 2 years in a related analyst or modeling position in finance of fintech companies is a plus
- Preferably with a strong understanding of consumer and commercial lending
- Demonstrates experience / expertise in problem solving
