Job Description

- Define the growth objectives of the remittance product with VP for Financial Institutions and CEO
- Ownership of remittance growth strategy, customer engagement, acquisition and retention.
- Goal is to scale the channel to bring better remittance to Filipinos
- Displays (The Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviors indicating how tasks / responsibilities will be performed)
- Strong research and analytical skills and the instincts to drive towards business results
- Stakeholder management willing to work and lead both internal and external partners towards our larger goal
- Project management skills
- Delivers (The specific outputs / tangible results produced by the role; resources responsible for)
- MAU and MPAC growth for the remittance vertical
- Summaries and reports on vertical performance and initiatives
- Does (The tasks / responsibilities that the role performs to address requirements in Key Result Areas)
Minimum Qualifications
- A good honors Degree from top local university is preferred
- Several years exp. with remittance companies or functions preferred.
- Some years lived as an OFW for empathy towards target customres
- Should have managed or lead independently on projects
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Can work in fast-paced, high pressure entrepreneurial environment
- Ability to create client ready presentations and drive related structuring and research independently, can take lead in structuring analysis with some guidance
- Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of English is essential, Mandarin added advantage
- Strong interest in Fintech and its ability to empower the unbanked
