Job Description
The Operations Manager oversees the distributor organization, including the following:
- Manages the total distribution team
- Defines and maintains administrative and operational work procedures and processes
- Oversees the day-to-day operations, and
- Provides back-up support to the supervisors for Sales and Logistics
- Helps in creating a strong, positive image for the organization
- ** Qualified candidates will be employed under a Distributor partner of Monde Nissin.
- ** Work location: Willing to be assigned in Baguio, Cavite, Batangas, and Ozamiz city.
