Job Description
- Nurtures healthy business relationships with internal and external customers and provides constant communication in order to discuss and resolve credit and collection issues.
- Analyzes the Team's Total Account Receivables (TAR) and collaborates with the Credit Analyst in formulating action plans and collection strategies in order to reduce the percentage of overdue accounts against TAR.
- Monitors the team’s daily collection activities and accomplishments versus targets in order to determine weekly short falls take the necessary corrective actions and ensure achievement of monthly target.
- Conducts regular phone calls to customers with outstanding accounts in order to follow up the status of their unpaid invoices and other past due accounts and collect.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Computer Skill (MS Office), Forecasting
- Good communication Skills, Analytical Skills, Leadership Qualities, can Plan for team activities and collection strategies
- Graduate of BS Accountancy or any Business Related course
- with three (3) years of experience in related industry
