Spanish Accounts Payable Analyst  

Responsibilities:

• Ensure indexing of vendor invoice is done correctly
• Resolve minor issues that might be preventing matching (with PO and delivery/service confirmation).
• For complicated or more time-consuming issues, escalate issues to the “issue escalation team” with sufficient details and explanation of the issue.
• Confirm proper approval for Non-PO invoices before posting such invoices
• Investigate invoices marked as “suspected duplicate”; set confirmed duplicate invoices to Obsolete
• Review Payment Request Forms that are sent in by businesses for proper approvals and duplications
• Post down payments to G/L
• Provide assistance in preparing, compiling & reviewing the list of outstanding invoices at month ends. These lists are sent out to businesses to help them compute expense accruals
• For identified errors: propose correcting entries and post approved correcting entries in G/L
• Review and update job-aids when there are changes to the country-specific processes (e.g. changes in tax laws, government rules etc.)
• Assist Team Lead/CS for processing reports

• At least 1-2 years experience in accounting (preferably in accounts payable/ customer service)
• Knowledgeable in SAP
• Fluent in Spanish Language
• Amenable to work in Midshift/ Nightshift
• Amenable to work in BGC, Taguig
