Job Description
- Provide high-quality customer service to customers to ensure smooth flow of inquiries and complaints.
- Be the bridge in between MetroMart Personal Shoppers and online customers by responding to and promptly resolve customer complaints.
- Respond to and handle numerous customer tickets via Email, Phone and Facebook.
- Perform all call out task: Inform for order cancellation, requirements, out of stock items, and/or delayed deliveries.
- Gather information, feedback from customers during the support process, proposing advice to leaders to improve the quality of products/services of the department and the company.
Minimum Qualifications
- 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required language(s): English and Tagalog
