Junior Blockchain Developer  

Junior Blockchain Developer who will be responsible for building backend services that will serve data for our front end apps. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic developer eager to learn and grow his/her skills in the field.

Roles and Responsibilities​ :

• Developer responsibilities:
  ○ Work as part of a team developing backend applications and services
  ○ Integrate data from various sources like third party APIs and databases
  ○ Use best practices to deliver high quality, secure and maintainable code
  ○ Create technical documentation for API’s, internal code and libraries
• R&D responsibilities:
  ○ Be constantly updated with Blockchain Technology
  ○ Document and present technical researches - word, spreadsheet and presentation document format
  ○ Develop a proof of concepts using node.js, and different blockchain and distributed ledger technologies

• BA in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
• At least 1+ year of experience as a backend developer
• Strong experience with Nodejs, bitcoin
• Experience in blockchain tooling such as Truffle, Ganache and the OpenZeppelin framework
• Writes maintainable, clean, elegant and reusable code
• Knowledge in software architecture and design principles
• Experience using relational databases such as PostgreSQL
• Proficient understanding of OWASP security principles
• Passionate to work in the blockchain industry
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to grasp abstract theoretical concepts.
