Job Description
- Promote, market and sell Megaworld Infinite luxury real estate projects;
- Attain team goals and targets in aid of the attainment of the respective division's targets;
- Mentor, manage and support the respective Sales Team;
- Identify, recruit potential quality Property Specialists for respective Sales Team;
- Represent the Department of Sales and Marketing Activities;
- Reports directly to the Division's Sales Head.
Minimum Qualifications
- College Graduate;
- Has experience in selling luxury real estate porjects;
- Has existing Sales team of 5-6 Property Specialists;
- Licensed Real estate Broker an advantage;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
