- In-charge of preparing and sending of letters to client
- Monitors and prepares monthly reports of all letters sent
- Calls clients randomly and ask for feedback regarding their experience with their property consultant
- Answers phone calls and properly distribute queuing to sales division
- Makes reports on the number of inquiries and closed sales from queuing
- Coordinates with documentations department regarding CTBS requests
- Facilitates all approved requests for execution of CTBS
- Checks if requests are ready for preparation
- Requests lot lay out and dimension to concern department.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/College graduate; preferably male
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- With good interpersonal, communication (verbal/written), and organizational skills
- Can multi-task and has keen attention to details
- Must be willing to work in BGC Taguig
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
