Job Description
- Calls clients randomly and ask for feedback regarding their experience with their property specialists
- Answers phone calls and distribute queuing to the sales division
- Makes reports on inquiries and closed sales from queuing
- Coordinates with documentations department regarding contract requests
- Facilitates all approved requests for execution of Contract to Buy & Sell (CTBS)
- Checks if requests are ready for preparation
- Requests lot layout and dimension to the concerned department.
Minimum Qualifications
- Has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- Has good communication and presentation skills
- Can multi-task and has a keen attention to details
- Has strong analytical and planning skills
- Has excellent problem-solving skills
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
