Job Description
- Provides technical and clinical instructions during the sales process to internal and external customer service personnel including on-site visits to doctors and hospitals.
- Performs product demonstrations
- Conducts Post Installation Application training to end users on the proper operation of the equipment.
- Monitor progress of training of end users.
- Provides information on the care and handling of the equipment
- Support industry trade shows and professional conference by providing clinical and technical assistance
- Assist in new product training to employees
- Work closely with the product manager and service organization to report /improve product performance
- Monitor customer installations to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide clinical assistance to the organization
- The job involves occasional traveling for onsite implementation/training/support, attending exhibit booths at leading trade shows, and in-person demonstration/presentation
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s /College Degree holder, preferably Radiologic Technology and Respiratory Therapy
- At least 1-year experience handling medical equipment/machines is an advantage
- With good demonstration skills
- With good oral and written communication skills
- Computer Literate
- Must be available for immediate deployment
