Job Description

We're looking for a Senior Business Analyst - Treasury to support the execution of NA Treasury Operations initiatives that will help drive NA Treasury Operations’ transformation. You will be responsible of writing requirements and specifications, define test plan, and test scenarios, execute system testing, perform data analysis to support system implementation and enhancements, bank integration and process re-engineering initiatives.

• Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities
• Analyze file formats from multiple systems and define data mapping specifications
• Analyze systems and business processes and document data and process flows
• Define test plan, test matrices, test scenarios and test cases
• Execute testing of systems, mappers, processes, and interfaces with banks and third-party vendors
• Assess impacts of system/process changes to upstream and downstream processes
• Support business stakeholders and peers in project delivery to achieve strategic and benefit goals
• Support ad-hoc analysis to identify root cause of issues and resolve issues in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• 2 years of operations / back-office experience in Cash Management / Payments
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, business system analysis, system testing
• Experience in data mapping – write specifications and execute testing
• Experience in complex business process mapping
• Experience in working with ERP vendor systems
• Experience with payment file formats including XML and SWIFT ISO20022 file formats
• Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to influence stakeholders and drive decision making
• Professional designation / certification in Treasury, Accounting, Project Management, Business Analyst, Process Improvement
• Experience with Power BI, and other data analytics software
• Experience with test automation tools
