Job Description
- Perform Business Analyst role for select applications being supported by ITG
- Act as point of contact of business groups for any issues, concerns and questions regarding the operations and SLA of an application. Respond to any reported application issue and business concern. Perform system investigation and root cause analysis to get to the root cause of the issue. Make recommendations to the business groups on possible solution options.
- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on new business requirements. Conduct impact analysis, system investigation, technical research and assessment of applicable solutions (involving software and systems). Prepare recommendations and discuss solution options to business groups.
- Perform the Solutions Analyst role for IT initiatives and projects
- Manage the technical aspect of an IT initiative
- Manage the tasks assigned to IT and coordinate the actions required from the different IT teams
- Assist the project manager with PM task execution
- Perform project management tasks that includes project plan development, resource management, budget tracking and key milestones monitoring
- Manage the escalation process involving vendor team, IT team and business process owners;
- Manage project communications that includes steering committee presentations, creating status reports, and updating issues and risks register
- Manage the execution of project phases/milestones like requirements gathering, application design, build and test, user acceptance and cut-over activities;
- Participate in project meetings like Project Steering Committee and Operating Committee meeting and IT Steering Committee meetings.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of BS IT/Computer Science or any related course
- With 5 years project management experience in SAP applications
