Retail Operations Assistant  

1. Liases with the telemarketing group

• Point person of telemarketing for clinic ops concerns
• Delivers the monthly report, analysis and recommendations

2. Assists Clinic Operations team with records and reports related to various aspects of inventory control and administration.

• Gathers and reports PRM monthly Clinic OPS Performance Reports
• Gathers and reports PRM monthly Inventory Reports

3. Customer service for Clinic Associates

• Gathers the reports of PRM generated customer survey data
• Analysis and Recommendation
• Gathers and reports of other customer surveys implemented in the clinics
• Facilitates customer service training
• Assesses the impact of trainings held course on staff performance and client satisfaction
• Designs quality score card programs and maintain feedback mechanism for MHA services

4. Performs other functions which maybe assigned by the immediate superior and/or management from time to time.

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Mass Communications or equivalent.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Good Communication skills, High degree of Accuracy, Problem Solving Skills, Decision Making Skills & Organizational Skills
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
• Has ability to meet demanding deadlines
• Willing to do office and field work
