Why this Role Exists

The Client Relations Manager is expected to handle all Intro calls the Sales team booked, along with the corresponding Pre-Intro calls that come with it. The role is also responsible for all tracking and client communications from the moment they receive a recommendation and scheduled an Intro call, until the client actually onboards an assistant for the role they were sourcing.

What are your responsibilities:

  • Conduct Pre-Intro Call - prepare the assistant and make sure the assistant is well informed of what the client's tasks are and what the client is looking for.
  • Conduct Intro Call - facilitate the interview between the client and the assistant. Be the client's consultant as far as assessing if the assistant is the best match for them and guide on the next steps in hiring the assistant.
  • Accomplish After-call works - properly document the call result and update the system with accurate client information.
  • Client Engagement - ensure that follow-ups are happening for cold clients, keep them from going stale and eventually dropping off.
  • Setting up teams for success - communicate interdepartmentally to secure a successful match result.

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in an Account Management, Retention/Loyalty specialist role
  • Experience in call handling (intermediate to advance level)
  • Education required: College Degree, at least 2 years
