Data has always been at the core of what we do. Our storytelling strategy adopts a data-driven approach, where recommendations are based on evidence. FGDs, surveys, on-site research, data analytics, and digital listening tools allow us to innovate as storytellers in an ever evolving industry.
About the role
The Senior Communications Analyst leads the Strategy Team’s research practices, focusing on data and analytics to uncover insights for public relations (PR) and social media campaigns. The Strategic Analyst will also be responsible for authoring original research in a number of different areas in media analytics. You will collaborate with the Strategy Team and other teams to build data-driven communications campaigns with the aim of winning new business for the agency.
You will report to our Strategy Director, who will lead your training and onboarding during the first month—focusing on M2.0’s data-driven approach to communications.
Responsibilities
- Serves as champion for the Department’s research practices—including mastery of the team’s software toolkit—with the aim of developing data-driven campaign proposals
- Participates in brainstorms for campaign development
- Identify insights from media, market, industry, and consumer research
Compensation & Benefits
This is a full-time position, which comes with a competitive salary package with performance reviews for month 3, 6, and 12. Upon regularization, benefits include:

Minimum Qualifications
