Software QA Engineer  

As QA engineer you support the continuous quality improvement of products with the mission of fostering a culture of quality necessary for developing our client’s services

To this end, your role plays an important part in conducting pre-release testing, analyzing defect information and providing feedback to development, and improving testing efficiency.

What you’ll do:

• Perform an entire small-scale test process.
• Work closely with Engineers and Product team to continually improve release cycles by providing timely, actionable feedback to the product and engineering teams, maintaining test infrastructure, analyzing user behavior and implementing best practices in software testing.
• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.
• Handles one team or multiple project leads.
• Effective test design using system structure and domain knowledge.
• Perform end-to-end test maintenance and modification.
• To be knowledgeable on Defect Removal Efficiency measurement.
• Promotion of quality improvement within the development team.

What we seek:

• Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Highly motivated and passionate Quality Assurance engineer with 3+ years of experience in web service development and testing.
• Has high attention to detail and can identify edge-case scenarios
• Can confidently communicate solutions and technical arguments to stakeholders and product teams.
• have a sense of speed and are proactive and flexible enough to respond to new and challenging environments.

Development Environment:

• Test Management: TestRail
• Others: Jira/Github/Slack

Terms & Conditions:

• Amenable to work onsite 3x a week (Required)
• Can attend technical or final face to face interviews.
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
