Job Description
JOB SUMMARY: The Stock Accountant will manage the inventory and purchase merchandise based on the company’s needs.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Track sales/inventories in all departments
- Update sales and inventories
- Maintain record of daily sales summary per store, showroom, boutique and warehouse
- Keep logs and record all incoming and outgoing of stocks (deliveries)
- Prepare and submit audited monthly sales per department that meets the monthly set quota for incentive purposes
- Other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate supervisor
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Internal Audit, Financial Management or any Business Course
- Experience: Proven experience as Logistics Coordinator, Stock Controller or similar role
- Qualifications:

- Willing to be assigned in Pasay
- Experience in customer service is an advantage
- Knowledge of laws, regulations and ISO requirements
- Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
- Active participation in inventory audits
- Excellent organization skills
- Good communication and negotiation abilities
- Computer literate with knowledge in MS Office
