Business Development Specialist  

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage the permitting process for the clients of Business Development by acting as the liaison between permit applicants and concerned departments.
• Monitor and reconcile all permits routed to the concerned departments including the comments.
• Process and manage the permits required by LGUs.
• Responsible for outgoing and incoming correspondence of Business Development.
• Develop and maintain a filing system for incoming and outgoing correspondence, floor plans, Business plans, and other BD related files.
• Performs customer function by answering employee request and questions.
• Schedules conference room for meetings and conference calls.
• Photocopy, fax documents, and perform other clerical functions.
• Creates internal BD communication.
• Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Summary:

The job holder is responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Business Development Specialist includes providing support to the Business Development Manager and Business Development Officer in the daily Business Development administrative tasks.

Job Specification:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Economics, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required skills: Competency in MS Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, and English Communication.
• Can work under minimum supervision.
• Has good communication skills both oral and written.
• Willing to work in Pasay area.
