Supply Chain Associate  

The Sourcing Associate is responsible and accountable for the procurement of products required by the business, ensuring strict compliance to quality standards, budgeted cost and service levels.

- Execution of procurement activities relating to sourcing of products, issuance of inquiry documentation, supplier clarification/negotiations, preparation of purchase orders, expediting and other post-order administration, as necessary, in accordance with defined company procedures/processes.
- Receive and review all purchase requisitions as to the completeness of data and specification.
- Preparation of Purchase Orders based on approved Requisitions and selected supplier.
- Engagement of suppliers as to the performance standards which may include but not limited to the following: conformity to specifications, delivery lead-time, rationality of cost, and security of supply.
- Coordination with suppliers to ensure the fulfillment and completion of purchases to make sure that firmed orders are delivered in full and on time.
- Provide a profile summary for regular reports and ad-hoc updates.
- Regularly updates by EOD for all EOL, OOS & Sourceable SKUs, activation and deactivation requests.
- Collaborate with operational staff and assist in solving specific business problems.
- Tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

- A graduate of preferably Business Management or Engineering
- Exposed to procurement and operations management with at least two (2) years of work experience in Procurement (Sourcing), Inventory Management, Planning
- Good communication, high attention to details, negotiation and analytical skills
- Computer literate and with knowledge on the use of tools
