Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage the purchase of local materials
- Manage forecasting of local items including pantry and office supplies
- Coordinate with concerned divisions regarding purchase of items
- Coordinate with importation of materials
- Prepare monthly Stockholding Report/Monitoring
- Mentor and support members of the team to ensure high levels of productivity
- Perform all other tasks related to the role
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree holder of any 4-year business course
- At least 3 years experience in logistics operations
- Has knowledge in BOC processing and customs rules and regulations
- Must be able to manage multiple people in a team
- Has excellent attention to detail
