Job Description
The Certified Medical Assistant — Technology Trainer's mission is to not only fulfill all the core duties of a certified medical assistant but to also ensure that all medical assistants are trained on all health care technology systems, devices, software, and platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner
- Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff
- Communicate with insurance companies for proper billing procedures
- Escort patients to exam rooms
- The CMATT will be expected to administer vaccines and immunizations, collect vitals from patients, as well as perform patient interviews
- Not a hard requirement but we do prefer applicants that are fluent or native Tagalog speakers
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in healthcare administration or other related fields
- Familiarity with medical billing procedures
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
