Job Description
- The accounting associates mission is to ensure that all of our accounting software is kept up-to-date: Integration connections between systems must be live and functional at all times
- Statements on these systems must be current and accurate
- Note that throughout the day our managers and executives are relying and resting on the fact that the data in these systems are current and accurate
Minimum Qualifications
- Applicant must have considerable experience or be able to demonstrate proficiency in all major accounting systems, such as Xero and all of Intuit’s offerings
- We would prefer that the applicant be a licensed CPA or be affiliated with one
- Please note that this role requires that the team member be within driving distance to San Francisco
- Although we will largely be working remotely and within a distributed team there are the occasional requirements to meet face to face
- We work with a lot of offices that are incorporated outside California, so the applicant must be proficient in dealing with cross-border transactions, cross-border accounting, -finance, legal integrations, etc.
