Job Description
- Sourcing applicants thru internet, referrals and social networks.
- Scheduling applicants for interview by calling and sending SMS to them.
- Initial screening of Managerial post applicants.
- Second interview of Rank and File applicants.
- Scheduling applicants for the final interview to the Store Manager and General Manager.
- Give a list of requirements to those applicants who passed their final interview.
- Prepares contract for new hires
- Serve staff contract.
- In-charge in the orientation of the Company Code of Conducts.
- Prepares 201 files.
- Assists in preparing Payroll
- Assists in preparing Payslip.
- Assists in computing Back Pay
- Administer employees Disciplinary Action.
- Counseling the employees who are involved in Incident
- Conducts Exit Interview of employees. (EOC, Terminated and Resigned employees.)
- Attends and Files Labor case.
- Responds to employees and management inquiries regarding company policies and procedure.
- Monitors all late and absences.
- Scheduling employees for Random medical examination
- Assists in Phone line application ( Globe Telecom)
- In-charge in doing Certificate of Employment and ID’s
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 2 – 3 years of experience handling HR functions
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management or Equivalent
- Can handle extreme pressure
- Should be well-organized and can demonstrate flexibility.
- Able to relate well with various people across the organization
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
