Junior DevOps Engineer  

• Should be able to demonstrate their technical skills and past experiences.
• Strong in both VB.Net and C# programming (.Net Framework and web forms)
• Capable of working with MS SQL - with a good understanding of data concepts and designs.
• Capable of working with different APIs, 3rd party libraries, extensions and plugins.
• Capable of producing programs in different forms (e.g. web pages, windows forms, console apps).
• Ability to troubleshoot and identify application/program faults and resolve issues on varying environments (e.g. both in local and production environment - only when necessary).
• Familiar with version control and know how to utilise it according to the needs of the team and the project.
• Decent awareness of cloud platforms/services.
• Capable of setting up and configuring website server/environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• A good team player. Has the potential to lead, proactive, and responsive.
• Efficient as a one-man-team or as a part of a team to accomplish objectives and requirements.
• Openness and adaptability to learn new technology trends and new methodologies, especially when trying new concepts or proving one.
• Experience in .Net Core and MVC.
• Experience with an ERP is a plus.
• Experience with PHP, HTML, CSS & Javascript frameworks is required.
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Required Skill(s): .NET, ERP
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.

The DevOps (Development Operations) Engineer works hand in hand within the technical team to provide operational support for Tzilla’s production systems (the website, SCP, OFS, ERP API’s, VivX API’s , VivX)

They ensure the availability and optimal operation of the Tzilla production environment and its support systems, using industry standard tools and processes. They also actively build and enhance platform services, including website software and applications and databases.

They also check and monitor alarms on a periodic basis, and serve as first level support ticket owner for all issues in Production, & monitor cost-effectiveness and system performance.

• Work closely with the team to brainstorm, plan, execute and deliver work agreed and approved by the team.
• Translate high-level business requirements into technical designs.
• Handle and support programs/applications started or worked on by another programmer, as well as create new and/or enhance existing functionalities to be more efficient and better-performing.
• Estimate both time and efforts required to deliver a product for the next phase.
• Identify, raise and work to solve critical elements that may waste efforts and affect product viability.
• Work efficiently in project/product deployment environment
