Job Description
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- To design and implement of low-latency and high performant applications using web technologies
- To write reusable, robust, and efficient code with unit testing
- To implement security and data protection
- To integrate multiple data sources and databases
- To contribute in planning and designing project design and architecture
- To integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
- To work with front-end team in ensuring the application is fully functional
- To coordinate with QA team in ensuring quity of the application
- To fix bugs and implement new features for existing projects
- To contribute to technical growth of the team
- To perform all other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a college graduate with a Bachelor’s degree on Computer
- Science/Information Technology, Computer Engineering or equivalent
- Has strong proficiency with JavaScript
- Has knowledge of Node.js modules and popular frameworks preferably Sails.js
- Has experience in integrating Javascript front-end libraries especially React.js
- Has knowledge of ElectronJS for creating native applications using web technologies
- Has experience in using front-end technologies such as HTML5 and CSS3
- Has understanding of asynchronous programming
- Has knowledge and experience in user authentication and authorization between systems and servers
- Has understanding of the fundamentals of scalable application
- Has knowledge and understanding of multiple delivery platforms like web, mobile, and desktop
- Has knowledge of web sockets
- Has experience in creating database schemas
- Has proficient understanding of distributed version control systems such as Git and version control tools like Sourcetree
- Has understanding of web and data security
- Has basic understanding of application lifecycle including deployment to different environments
- Knowledge of C++ and C is a plus
- Knowledge of containerization using Docker is a plus
- Has flexibility to adapt to changing requirements
- Comfortable in expressing thoughts and opinion
- Open to giving and receiving constructive criticisms
- Team player and has a sense of commitment
