Job Description
- Responsible for managing direct served National Key Accounts, maintaining a viable relationship with these accounts and maximizing sales opportunities.
- Responsible for establishing and managing internal sales, trade marketing and merchandising organizations designed to compliment these National Key Accounts to deliver the mandate of Volume, Merchandising, Pricing, Product Assortment, Bad Order management and Collection Management.
- Responsible for understanding the requirements of the National Key Accounts and stabilizing/standardizing internal processes and internal support structure that will receive these external requirements by coming up with specific and unique matrices per chain:
- Order Handling Matrix with emphasis on optimizing order sizes based on ICO and enrolled SKUs
- Trading Term Agreements
- Logistic Matrix with emphasis on proof of delivery
- Merchandising Matrix including performance administration of merchandising agencies that will fulfill the required merchandising standards including Facing and Plan-o-gram requirements
- Collection and Remittances Matrixes with process design that will prevent unauthorized deduction
- RTV Deduction and RTV Retrieval Matrix
- Store Calendar of Activities-Opportunities for Product Exposure and Highlights
- Stocks Correction Matrix
- New Store Opening Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree graduate in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field
- Proven work experience as a Key Accounts Manager
- Experience in managing a high performance sales team
- An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
- Solid customer service attitude
- Knowledge in organizational effectiveness and operations management
- Knowledge of financial and accounting principles and practices
- Information technology skills application (SAP, Globe EXACT, Oracle, ACCPAC)
- Experience in ISO Certified Company.
- Availability to travel as needed
