Ecommerce Manager  

Ourea Group (aka Naked Foods ) is looking for a Ecommerce Manager to join our talented team. They will work closely with the digital marketing team in developing effective strategies, and drive implementation across their internal and external team, and continually assess its effectiveness. Other duties include the day-to-day management of Ourea Group websites and working with the website development team, optimising user journeys, and aligning efforts with the digital teams in acquisition and retention. The primary target will be in driving traffic with paid ads and achieving high website conversion. This is an opportunity for a high performing and enthusiastic individual to help shape the next chapter of the group as it begins its digital transformation into the e-commerce space.

Immediate Focus

• Work with the agencies in developing and implementing a paid ads strategy to achieve high traffic to the websites.
• Work with the development team in developing and implementing a conversion strategy to achieve high conversion on the websites.
• Plan and form a team to structure an in-house offshore team with the future direction of the business.

What You’ll Do:

• Web development: Oversee the UI/UX design of the websites, working closely with the development teams. Ensuring the system is easy to use, speedy and secure. It can also be to enhance the website with additional content such as product videos, social media integration and anything that can further improve the user experience.
• Building & managing a team: Understand the business requirements to build a team ecommerce team to remove reliance on agencies ie PPC/SEO executives, Web Analysts/Analytics.
• Strategist & Planner: Planning ahead and identifying opportunities and areas that they need to develop including introducing/aligning campaigns, exclusive offers and most importantly SEO and PPC campaigns, and suggesting keyword strategy techniques to increase page ranking and traffic.
• Conversion King: Make a measurable impact by identifying the effectiveness and impact of current initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly.
• Research for inspiration: Identify and analyse customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, to build future inspirational strategies.

• Extensive experience as an e-commerce manager.
• Demonstrable track record of devising sales-enhancing strategies.
• Sound knowledge of prevailing procedures and techniques in e-commerce.
• Unmatched supervision, research, and troubleshooting skills.
• Exceptional consulting and quality assurance abilities.
• Ability to tackle the demands of ever-evolving technological implements with ease.
• Be data passionate and have a great attention to detail, using heatmaps, and other engagement tools to brief optimisations into the development and design teams to ensure high conversion, a higher average order value and engagement.

• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related field.
