Job Description
This is open for full-time Financial Advisor of Pru Life UK's Mandaluyong Branch:
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Sell Insurance and Investment program;
- Talk to Filipinos about the concept of financial literacy and how a life insurance policy can help them financially;
- Advise Filipinos about income protection
- Help Filipinos set up their retirement through customized retirement planning;
- Assist Filipinos become financially prepared with critical illness & accident planning;
- Our main goal is to help Filipinos achieve their financial dreams with a Pru Life UK policy.
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications and Skills:
- College Graduate (any 4-yr course)
- Willing to undergo licensesure exam with Insurance Commission
- Must be a team player
- Willing to be promoted as Unit Manager in 12 months;
- Willing to attend regular meetings and trainings;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Able to work under little supervision;
- Have a strong drive to succeed;
- Willing to be coached
