Job Description
- Reports to Project Development Group Head
- Conducts topographic and relocation survey of project site and prospective properties for acquisition to establish legal boundaries based on TCT's
- Responsible for conducting survey lay-out and providing horizontal and vertical controls to site developemnt plan and survey.
Minimum Qualifications
- Licensed Geodetic Engineer
- Strong Math and problem solving skills
- Strong oral and written communications skills
- Detail-oriented and well organized
- Must be knowledgeable on the use of theodolite and other surveying instruments
- Must be proficient in Autocad and MS office
- Must be willing to travel to areas to be surveyed
