Job Description
- Completes engineering projects by organizing and controlling project elements.
- Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans; conferring with management.
- Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements; assigning personnel to phases and elements; reviewing proposal from contractors.
- Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies; preparing cost estimates.
- Confirms product performance by designing and conducting tests.
- Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications, calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements.
- Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.
- Controls project costs by approving expenditures; administering contractor contracts.
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Reviewing and approving project drawings.
- Create drawings and cutting lists from written and verbal specifications obtained from General Manager.
- Review drawings for completeness and accuracy.
- Maintain all revisions of project drawings.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must possess a Bachelors Degree in Professional License in Civil Engineering.
- At least 2 years working experienced in the related field.
- Knows how to drive and with professional driver's license.
- Preferably Supervisor and 5 years up working experienced in Civil/Construction field.
- Can work under pressure and must have an initiative.
