Job Description
- Assist and facilitate client relationship through negotiations specifically with leasing partners
- To acquire feasible locations for the company's franchise concepts. Includes fieldworks,various client meetings and administrative duties for the department and or superiors to facilitate the efficient operation
- Reports directly to the Business Development Supervisor & Franchise Manager
- To do fieldworks specifically saturations of feasible locations and client meetings
- To support Business Development team to meet their targets
- To conduct marketing/location studies
- To give the company's marketing arm feasible locations for franchisee
- Execute the acquisition of locations through email,phone and walk-in inquiry
- To ensure that business development documents are well organized and easily auditable
- To ensure customer service standards are maintained
- To act as professional contact with partners and clients
- Shows good conduct consistent with the company standards during work and within the company premises
- To assists daily office needs and general administrative activities
- Prepare reports as required by department head or superior
- Maintain Business Contact lists and customer information
- Reports any deviation or untoward incidents to superior immediately
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
- Assist superior to promote strategic relationship with leasing establishments to provide services to company's franchisees
- Handles and disseminate Letter of Intent and Company profile to different leasing establishments to acquire lease offers to put on available locations
- Conduct research of target locations through emails, phones and walk in inquiry
- Will submit complete location study form through ocular visit
- Gather lease offers and negotiate requirements
- Maintain database of potential lessor and location with list of details and contact information
- Assist senior management in deal negotiations and other business development projects
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's/College Degree, Marketing,Mass Communication or related courses
- Excellent communication skills, both oral & written
- Relationship Management & Negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards clients and partners at all times
- At least 1 Year of experience in related field. Sales background is a plus but not required
- Willingness to do field jobs
- Pleasing personality, detail oriented & energetic and self-motivated
- Field works & administrative duties

Founded in 2006, JC Worldwide Franchise Inc. was the brainchild of two young entrepreneurs Jonathan So and Carlito Macadangdang Jr. The two childhood friends recognized the market potential of food franchising and explored into its many aspects. To date, all the brands combined have produced close to 80 franchises nationwide. JC Worldwide is now developing new brands that will soon be introduced to the market. In addition to that, JC Worldwide has been getting recognition from different market sectors. Both Jonathan So and Carlito Macadangdang Jr. have appeared in acclaimed TV programs such as Magandang Umaga Bayan and Pangkabuhayang Swak na Swak, The Filipino Channel (TFC) and was featured in noted news weekly The Philippine Free Press and noted business magazine Entrepreneur Jan-Feb 2008 issue.
