Job Description
- Process the reports and documents of the new franchisees endorsed by JCP and and In house marketer.
- Coordinates with accounting department for the payment verification of the franchisees.
- Coordinates with BDD Officers regarding the location study result and other attachments needed in processing the cart release clearance (ocular result, pictures, sketch, lay out)
- Coordinates with the fabrication team by preparing the advancement form to commence the cart fabrication.
- Coordinates with Training Department for the in-house training schedule of the franchisees.
- Prepares and collates all fees that should be settled by the franchisees.
- Prepares and consolidate reports needed by the BDD Supervisor.
- Coordinates with the lessor’s admin or leasing department in processing ingress permit.
- Prepares and monitors BDD Officer’s Daily Itinerary Reports.
- Prepares and process approval of flight booking schedules of the BDD officers for out of town locations.
- Coordinates with the Graphics department for the revision and cart layout concerns.
- Monitors and consolidate the ocular results of the BDD officers and make sure that all the necessary attachments are complete and correct.

Founded in 2006, JC Worldwide Franchise Inc. was the brainchild of two young entrepreneurs Jonathan So and Carlito Macadangdang Jr. The two childhood friends recognized the market potential of food franchising and explored into its many aspects.
