The Team
The team is composed of brilliant young developers who are passionate about building software of great value to the industry it will support. More than coding, developers also take part in analysing requirements and workflows giving them a sense of ownership in every component they work on. They even check out published algorithms and academic papers when needed!

However, these people are not your typical nerds. They know how to have fun, wall-climb, run, do oil paintings, come to the office dressed as a lego block, discuss life after hours, laugh at silly gifs, and appreciate food more than necessary. They are working on that last bit.

Your Responsibilities:

• Take part in the end-to-end development of relevant and cutting-edge (buzzword!) software solutions.
  • Investigate and propose implementation design and strategies
  • Develop efficient and reusable software components for various computing platforms: desktop, cloud/web, mobile
  • Create, maintain, and manipulate relational data models
  • Design and develop business intelligence and analytics tools
  • Investigate and resolve issues as they arise
  • Perform unit, integration, system, and deployment testing
• Create and update relevant documentations (e.g. User Manuals, Training Resources), whenever necessary
• Assist in related areas and activities (e.g., automations, training, setup of test environment)
• Review source code and documents created and updated by other members of the team
• Communicate and collaborate with members of the development team and external teams, whenever necessary
• Support external teams (e.g. Customer Service, Delivery) whenever necessary

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology. Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Science & Technology, or equivalent
• Experience in:
  • any OOP Language. A strong background in Python-Django is preferable.
  • javascript web framework (e.g. EmberJS, AngularJS). Experience in other NodeJS frameworks is a plus.
  • database technologies (e.g. SQL, MySQL)
  • related technologies (e.g. HTML/CSS, Git, CI, Amazon AWS)
  • business intelligence and analytics is a plus
  • unit testing is a plus
• A publicly available GitHub project is a plus
• Candidate must be willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
• At least 3 years of working experience in related field is required for this position
