Job Summary

Marketing Trainee is mandated to help marketing and sales department by generating new sales leads through telemarketing, building and updating IMVI’s database. Marketing Trainee is also tasked to support the promotion of IMVI products and services, including the marketing of existing products, and developing markets for new products or services.

Essential Job Functions

• Support the promotion of IMVI products and services, including the marketing of existing products through, but not limited to, email blasting and telemarketing;
• Generate sales lead through answering inbound and outbound calls on rotating basis;
• Update and maintain database by entering, verifying, and backing up data;
• Assist in the planning and producing events such as exhibitions, conferences, product launches, and other sales events;
• Support the overall marketing objectives both externally and internally;
• Provide regular information where necessary to assist with the complication of reports for the company;
• Meets with the General Manager, Sales Manager, Product Manager and/or Marketing Officer to discuss communication needs participates as a member of the sales and marketing team; and
• Perform functions that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.
• Develop innovative design multimedia solutions within the constraints ofcost and time
• Illustrate and explain concepts by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic and business concepts.
• Develop and design projects by gathering information and data through research
• Contribute ideas and design artwork to overall project

• Must currently be taking a college degree course related to Marketing, Sales, IT or Business Administration;
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills; and
• Must be willing to work in Makati.
