Job Description
- Prepare details of input data sheet and specification memo sheet assigned to him for the proposed and contracted projects, and to make revisions if required.
- Prepare reference drawings for special type of elevator, as requested by the Sales department, which requires consultation with MELCO.
- Prepare drawings and documents required for the installation permits and certificates.
- Prepare and will submit traffic analysis of elevator projects as required.
- Meet with clients or client’s representative regarding traffic analysis results.
- Attend to coordination meeting with the architect or project engineer to discuss with them in detail the solution to whatever problem that may arise.
- Record and will file properly all layout drawings, manual, electrical and mechanical plans received from MELCO and drawings received from customers.
- File and will keep systematic record of traffic analysis report.
- Assist other departments in all the technical details whenever it is necessary, such as but not limited to assisting the sales personnel.
- Prepare IDS / MSE.
- Perform other engineering-related tasks that may be assigned by the superior from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of BS in Engineering from an institution duly accredited by the Philippine government, preferably licensed by the Professional Regulation Commission.
- Must possess a technical skill in drafting.
- Must be computer literate, familiar with various PC based software and proficient in Microsoft Offices (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and must be knowledgeable in Auto-CAD
- Can interpret and read technical drawings and designs.
- Must be of good moral character.
