Job Description
- Builds and executes social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
- Generates, edits, publishes and shares daily content (original text, images or video) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
- Sets up and optimizes company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
- Creates editorial calendars and syndication schedules
- Continuously improves by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
- Collaborates with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
- Performs other related tasks as may be assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- College Graduate, preferably in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Communication Research, Business Administration, Digital Marketing
- At least 1 year work experience in social media marketing or digital analytics
- Experience in working with social media tools (CrowdTangle, Radian6, Social Mention)
- Must be deeply analytical in order to solve measurable business problems, with strong attention to detail and a keen sense of emerging social media trends and behaviors.
