Mandarin Telemarketer  

Overview:

The Mandarin Telemarketer is responsible to Identify potential customers by promoting products and/or services throughout China, exclusive focus on the IT industry through Lead Generation, Contact Acquisition, Data Enrichment, Event Recruitment and other Marketing Communication initiatives by means of Telemarketing.

Duties & responsibilities:

You will report to the Telemarketing Manager

• To generate leads and book appointment for various campaigns
• Cleanse/update data
• Nurture ongoing telemarketing opportunities
• Responsible for managing leads by tracking and following up on them
• Generating and qualifying potential customers through B2B cold calling
• Promoting products and/or services throughout China / Taiwan
• Producing required number and type of qualified leads

• Must be fluent in the language required (Mandarin)
• Minimum 1-2 years of telemarketing experience. This experience ideally needs to be in relation to Business to Business telemarketing
• Outstanding listening and questioning techniques
• Friendly, confident and professional
• Ability to make 100 to 150 calls a day
• Able to speak and communicate with unrivaled excellence and meaning; very good English and ability to talk fluently as well as good listening skills and good debating or conversational abilities
• Excellent customer engagement ability such as rapport building, sparkling personality, strong and professional character
• Proven ability to work toward targets
• Must demonstrate a strong work ethic and perform to the best of your abilities
• Can work under minimal supervision
• Cooperative and highly-trainable
• Punctuality is a must
• Excellent computer skills using the Windows platform, MS Office
• Willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
