Job Description

    1. Recruitment, Selection and Placement. Coordinate with providers such as JobStreet. Conduct competency-based interview on applicants and recommend those qualified for final assessment of requisitioning leader/officer and the President. Ensure that newly hired employees comply and pass pre-employment requirements.
    2. Records Keeping & Documentation. Create and maintain 201 files of employees. Prepare appointment papers and employee action notices as needed. Keep custody of books, documents and other company records. Keep custody of corporate documents. Ensure proper documentation of resigning employees.
    3. Orientation & Learning and Development. Conduct Employee Orientation to all newly hired employees. Coordinate with training providers for in-house and external seminars. Monitor use of training budget across organization. Prepare holding period agreement for signature of the employee concerned. Coordinate with leaders to ensure that knowledge and skills learned by employees are put into practice. Document contributions from such learning activities.
    4. Performance Management. Ensure that probationary employees are evaluated on their 5th month of work. Ensure that performance evaluation is conducted yearly. Review and present results of performance ratings to management for decision on performance bonus or incentive.
    5. Payroll and Benefits Administration. Prepare payroll instructions for the pay period. Review the need to enhance employee benefits to meet current needs and recommend same to management. Come up with cost effective ways of administering the benefits. Ensure benefits administration complies with HR Policies. Prepare schedules of payments and check requests for SSS, BIR, Pag-ibig and Phil-Health. Coordinate with HMO and other benefits providers for the processing of employees benefits. Review utilization every quarter.
    6. Employee Relations and Employee Discipline. Advise leaders on actions to undertake on errant employees based on company policy. Initiate due process on employees with infraction before any penalty is served to the employees. Prepare disciplinary action memos and violation reports. Conduct employee counselling as needed. Promote good employee relations through various employee activities. Lead a team to conceptualize, organize and implement employee events.
    7. Office Maintenance, Housekeeping, Safety and Security. Custodian of office furniture/fixtures, and equipment. Maintain an updated annual inventory of properties. Ensure that person responsible for each property/equipment is properly documented. Ensure proper functioning of office’s electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, and telecom systems through coordination with the building administrator. Contact, negotiate and oversee work of service providers. Coordinate with building administration for the security of employees, officers, visitors, equipment and facilities. Ensure that security and safety measures are in place inside the office.
    8. Perform other job related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree/College Degree in Psychology, Human Resources or equivalent

    Minimum 5 Yrs working experience in all HR Facets (Recruitment, C&B, Payroll and Timekeeping, Employee Relations)

  • Required Skill(s):

    • Good oral and written communication skills,

    • Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills

    • Familiar with MS Office Applications

    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

    • Responsible, positive attitude, willingness to help

    • Professional manner and willing to take on more responsibilities.

  • Willing to work on-site on a schedule basis in Makati

  • Can work/Contract will start on August 2022 to December 2022
