Job Description
Data Research and Analysis
Carry out tasks and assignments as required by the project (e.g. source expansion, Boolean creation, data categorization, data coding and analysis).
Conduct a quality check on researched data and information.
Prepare research reports as required.
- Supervise and train junior research associates as required.
- Client Management (as applicable)
- Develop and maintain good working relationship with clients and the program participants.
- Identify and anticipate requirements of the Client that may have an impact to the administration and operations processes.
- Respond to client communications and concerns in a timely manner.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business, Economic, or related course.
- Relevant work experience in data & research analysis and report generation of at least 1 year.
- Ability to read and understand a piece of information and determine its relevance.
- Highly skilled in analyzing and manipulating spreadsheet data (e.g. Excel)
- Internet savvy.
- Good English written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work independently to conform to tight deadlines and changing processes.
- Willing to work on Night Shift schedule
