Job Description
The Research Associate is responsible for overseeing the research team, organizing and interpreting findings, and verifying information through calls before presenting the research. Research associates duties also include gathering and comparing data from multiple sources, analyzing the current industry trends, creating draft outlines for reports, collecting individual contacts for interview purposes, and helping with the development of research procedures. A research associate must have excellent time-management skills and the ability to multi-task, especially in meeting strict deadlines and conducting studies.
Responsibilities

Contributing to multiple research projects at once

Assist management with various tasks, including data entry, sample care, and storage, research, statistical analysis, and presentation

Make phone calls to verify and augment the research

Identifying new resources companies can use to reach their goals

Handle necessary administrative paperwork and other documentation needed for project validation and research

Communicating with management to understand business challenges and potential solutions
Minimum Qualifications

Must be comfortable handling operational tasks

Able to work with minimal supervision, anticipating the needs of the operations team as time passes

Ability to work well under pressure; meet tight deadlines; manage multiple projects and expectations; and maintain a sharp focus while managing competing priorities.

Attention to detail and strong organization skills are a must.

Must be a team player with an ability to succeed in a fast-paced, highly demanding, high volume, dynamic environment.

Strong interpersonal skills, while understanding the importance of maintaining confidentiality.

Ability to effectively communicate and interact with employees at all levels.

Adept at quickly learning new processes, technology, and ability to assimilate oneself and become familiar with existing systems.

Strong command of Microsoft Office and Google suite.

Familiarity with the Adobe Creative suite would be a bonus, but not a requirement

Must be willing to work US business hours
