Job Description

As a lead qualifier, you will contribute to the sales efforts by qualifying leads from the leads generations/marketing campaigns as Sales Opportunities and by contacting potential clients through cold calls and emails.

You will foster and develop relationships with key prospects and will manage a defined sales territory with the primary responsibility of generating new sales opportunities

Duties and Responsibilities:

Should include the following but may not be limited to:

  • Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls.
  • Cold-call and email prospects to qualify the lead; identify decision makers to begin sales process
  • Conduct conversations to set appointments with decision makers in prospect accounts
  • Answer questions and offer suggestions based on a thorough knowledge of iFive and the services we provide; qualify prospects prior to offering a site visit. Emphasize product/service features and benefits
  • Cross-sell and up-sell existing customers via telephone and e-mail
  • Client Account maintenance in CRM database
  • Collaborate with the business development team to determine necessary strategic sales approaches and develop calendar of activities to continually work prospect list
  • Provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Appropriately communicate brand identity and corporate position.
  • Assist with Set up sales presentations, product/service demonstrations, and other sales actions.
  • Reach and exceed key performance indicators including, calls completed, opportunities qualified, and deals closed from meeting

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of sales/lead generation experience, with a history of exceeding lead targets
  • Strong communication skills via phone and email
  • Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
  • Prior experience as a sales development rep with a track record of achieving sales quote
  • Strong analytical and planning skills;
  • Good communication and presentation skills;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills;
