Job Description
- 1. Responsible for creating Test Strategy for the support functions inclusive of Defect Management, NFT, Automation & Test Tool, as well as overall Planning and estimates for the needed resources for testing efforts
- 2. Responsible for making sure that testing scope are correct by aligning requirements with business stakeholders / project team
- 3. Oversees execution and completion of End-to-end Test Activities. Ensure QA standards are enforced on all projects
- 4. Prepares and executes Testing Kick-off
- 5. Reviews and approves Test Execution Plans for End-to-End Testing
- 6. Ensures Traceability from Requirements
- 7. Facilitates test readiness and coordinates with Test Environment readiness for End-to-End Testing
- 8. Ensures issuance of Test Completion Certificate for End-to-End Testing \
- 9. Prepares Test Closeout Report at the end of Testing Activities.
- 10. Responsible for creating reports for senior managers for progress and issue
- 11. Train, coach, and mentor QA members
Minimum Qualifications
- 7+ yrs. experience in a QA Lead, Test Lead or Test Manager capacity
- Willing to work in Mandaluyong Strong understanding of large IT Project Management, Integration and/or Business Application QA Testing.
- Must be a disciplined, self-starter and have the ability to execute on assignments independently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail with superior written, verbal, and problem solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong capacity for operating in a flexible, dynamic environment where creative and strategic thinking is required.
