Job Description
- Develops, and creates job advertisements to be posted on job boards and social media
- Management of Job portals and boards
- Sourcing for sufficient pool of candidates to meet hiring needs
- Screen and interview candidates in accordance to company, client and account qualifications
- Keep track of daily, weekly, monthly reports on hiring needs
- Client Management
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Development or equivalent
- At least 6 months experience hiring/sourcing for IT roles
