Job Description
• Coordinate and perform firm-wide employee training courses and
skill set testing
• Coordinate and perform training of new employees
• Design and develop written, online, audio and/or video training
manuals and materials for new and existing software
• Identify group and individual training needs
• Provide ongoing, relevant technology tips to employees
• Analyze and evaluate new products
• Respond to questions from emails and phone calls
• Become familiar with each employee and their respective systems
and applications
• Follow standard Help Desk operating procedures; accurately log all
Help Desk tickets using the defined tracking software
• Become familiar with Help Desk policies and services
• Set up AV/multimedia equipment in conference rooms for
meetings
• Travel to other office for training and support, as required
• Other duties as assigned by the Director of Technology
Minimum Qualifications
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent certifications,
- Experience in handling and training TSR agents,
- Experience doing course outline and syllabus, can provide training calendar.
- With experience in a BPO setting.
