Job Description
- Translates a Business process definition into an automata that can optimize the service delivery.
- Expert in various IBM strategic remediation products such as BluePrism, Automation Anywhere, IPSoft , WinAuto etc.; and expected to learn new remediation products as and when need be.
- Requires knowledge of programming and tool configuration.
- Contributes in development/enhancement of IBM homegrown automation accelerators like Golden Bridge, mfalpha etc.
- Experts in Bluemix, and technologies like JSon, NodeJS, AngularJS, Mongo DB etc. as well.
- Senior roles onboards new developers and facilitates new developer training, needs to have an understanding on the operational aspects of the RPA solution like how the remediation tool is connecting to client network, how golden bridge is connected to client network, how golden bridge is invoking remediation etc.
Minimum Qualifications
- A track record in the successful delivery and support of excel macros, Visual Basic scripts or other configuration/scripting type technology.
- Knowledge of Blue Prism not a pre-requisite for this role as full training will be provided.
- Experience with any ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, others) will be an asset.
- Understanding of workflow based logic and the ability to both understand a business process from a workflow diagram and to conceptualize it as an automated solution.
- Willingness and ability to blend business analysis with hands-on configuration of automated processes in the Blue Prism product.
- The ability to learn quickly and progress rapidly from theoretical exercises to real world delivery and mentoring tasks.
- Good communication skills with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience.
- Good written skills with the ability to produce clear and concise documentation.
- The ability to work with a structured and methodical approach, combined with an enquiring mind.
- An understanding of, and a willingness to adhere to, formal change control procedures and disciplines.
- An aptitude for problem solving, with the ability to take a logical route to the source of an error.
- A self-starter who delivers high quality work and can adapt to new challenges, either on their own or as part of a team.
- Computer Science, Engineering (with programming subjects), Math (with programming subjects)
- Knowledge of at least one of these tools: BluePrism, Automation Anywhere, UI Path
- RPA experienced developer
- Must Have skills VBA Macro MS Access RPA Automation Anywhere Basic SQL Query
