Job Description
Job Description:
- Develop and update Antifraud procedures and policies to ensure compliance with Home Credit Indonesia & Group Policies
- Conduct quality checking to ensure all Antifraud processes, follow-up efforts are within guidelines with respect to compliance and legal requirements
- Review & update other unit related processes regarding anticipating fraud and misconduct
- Active participation on a variety of internal committees (Indonesia Risk Update, Disciplinary Meeting, Risk Weekly Meeting and others) to ensure that new policies, procedures, and products are appropriately implemented
- Maintain quality and efficiency standards in accordance with policy, procedure and applicable Codes of Conduct
- Analyze and evaluate Antifraud process and give recommendations for future improvement
Minimum Qualifications
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree from reputable university (preferable criminology)
- Good spoken and written English
- At least 2 years experience managerial experience
- Minimum 3 years experience in Banking/ Financial Industry in Risk Department, especially operational or fraud risk
